Press release on the registration of 55 investment projects in September 2025

On 2 October 2025, the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) issued a press release on the registration of investment projects in September. The Cambodian Investment Board (CIB) of the Council for the Development of Cambodia approved 55 projects with a total investment capital of approximately USD 467 million, which is expected to create around 37,300 jobs. Of these, 17 projects are located in special economic zones (SEZs), while 38 are situated outside of these zones.

During the first nine months of 2025, the CDC approved a total of 546 registered investment projects with a total investment capital of approximately USD 7.8 billion, an increase of about 47% compared to the same period in 2024.
